Trailing closely behind the winner were Faith Maria of Ghana as first runner-up and Nguyen of Vietnam as second runner-up.

Despite falling just short of the ultimate title, Gazini achieved the third-highest average score from the official selection panel, cementing her status as an undeniable powerhouse and a major crowd favorite throughout the preliminary and final stages of the event.

According to a report by the Inquirer, Gazini felt an overwhelming sense of appreciation for the opportunity to stage an international comeback seven years after her notable Top 20 finish at the Miss Universe 2019 pageant.

Turning to social media to express her deepest thoughts, she shared breathtaking photos from the grand opening night, admitting that the entire process was filled with immense speed and intense pressure.

“Everything was somehow a blur,” Gazini stated as she looked back on the frantic preparations behind the curtain. “The rehearsals, the lights, the laughter, the friendships, the moments on stage—it all passed by so quickly. Yet amidst the whirlwind, what remains clear is the overwhelming gratitude I feel.”

Beyond the glamorous outfits and precise stage walks, Gazini carried a heavy emotional weight that resonated deeply during the final question-and-answer segment.

When asked about practical steps to combat online harassment, the Cebuana queen bravely shared her ongoing personal struggles regarding her heritage and the current safety of her loved ones in the Middle East.

“I was once a victim of cyberbullying. It was not easy to go through something that you didn't ask for. As a Filipina-Palestinian, I have raised my voice and I have conquered my fears because I faced the struggles that I have been facing,” Gazini shared on stage. “My family is still stuck in Gaza. And now that I'm fighting for their lives, I just want to do my best, be their representation, and raise their flags, just like who I am today as a Filipina-Palestinian.”

This deep motivation allowed Gazini to showcase unmatched poise, turning her runway appearances into a meaningful platform for representation.

Her performance was further highlighted by an elegant evening gown designed by Rian Fernandez, which seamlessly incorporated cultural patterns of a traditional Middle Eastern scarf with intricate local Filipino metalcraft techniques.
