Megastar Sharon Cuneta and Senator Kiko Pangilinan have become one of the major attractions in the political rallies of the Leni-Kiko tandem, according to veteran showbiz columnist Manay Lolit Solis.

The veteran columnist said that fans would always be thrilled upon seeing Mega and Sen. Kiko being sweet to each other on stage.
“Ang ganda naman tignan iyon sweetness nila Kiko Pangilinan at Sharon Cuneta sa stage pag pumupunta sila sa mga rally,” Manay Lolit said.
“Isa iyon sa attraction ng Leni/Kiko team kaya tuwang tuwa ang mga fans sa pagpunta sa rally,” she added.

Nay Lolit also said fans would often be delighted on seeing Mega and Sen. Kiko appear like teenage sweethearts.
“Kilig tuloy mga fans dahil nakikita nila na parang mag sweetheart ang dalawa sa stage at mga bagets na naglalambingan,” the veteran columnist said.
She then compared the crowd of the Leni-Kiko tandem with that of former Sen. Marcos’ and Mayor Sara’s in their own political rallies.
The veteran columnist said the BBM-Sara tandem rallies are also crowd drawers, and have been so ever since.
“Marami din naman mga stars sa rally nila Bongbong Marcos at Sara Duterte. Punong puno din ang mga rally nila ng tao dahil sa dami ng performers at mga stars na pumupunta. Attraction din na eversince, crowd drawer sila BBM at Sara kaya hindi rin matalbugan mga rally nila. Exciting talaga, rally pa lang patalbugan na. Bongga talaga,” Manay Lolit said.
Lolit Solis is a Pinay talk show host, entertainment news writer, talent manager and showbiz columnist. She was born on May 20, 1947 in the city of Manila. According to the veteran columnist, she spent her early life in a poor section of Lardizzabal in Sampaloc, Manila. She has made numerous controversial remarks about known celebrities. She was also involved in the infamous 1994 Manila Film Scandal, where she induced several actors and actresses to announce different names as winners.
Lolit Solis shared her reaction to Kris Aquino attending one of Leni Robredo’s campaign events. The entertainment columnist heard that there are some senators under Leni’s slate that do not want Kris to attend the Vice President’s political rallies. They are supposedly afraid that Kris’s health condition will worsen due to the stress brought about by those campaign events, Lolit shared. Lolit then urged Kris to fully recover from her illness and gain some weight before thinking about helping Leni campaign.
She penned a commentary on Ai-Ai delas Alas announcing that she is a supporter of Bongbong Marcos and Sara Duterte. It was a good decision for Ai-Ai to express her support for BBM because some people thought before that she is a supporter of Leni Robredo, according to Lolit. She also advised other celebrities to be open about their political views to prevent confusion. The showbiz reporter added that celebrities who have different political beliefs should reconcile once the election is finished.
