Jessy Mendiola shared her excitement after getting back into heels dance, saying that her passion for it has officially been “reignited.”

In an Instagram post, the actress uploaded a video of herself performing choreography while wearing heels.
Jessy moved along with the music as she followed the routine, showing different steps and movements throughout the clip.
She also opened up about how she felt about getting back into this particular style of dance.

“It’s been a hot minute, but my passion for heels dance has officially been reignited,” she wrote.
The celebrity added dancing, shy, and heart emojis to her caption and used the hashtag “#JessDance.”

Jessy also credited Mark Ian Leyva for the choreography.
“Choreography by: @markianleyva,” she added.
Her latest update comes months after she also shared that she had returned to dancing.
In July, KAMI reported that Jessy posted clips from a dance training session and talked about reconnecting with an old passion.
“Recently got back into dancing, and it feels so good to reconnect with an old passion of mine,” she said at the time.
Jessy also thanked Ian Leyva for helping her regain her confidence during that earlier dance session.
“Thank you, @_ianleyva, for helping me find my confidence again,” she added.
Aside from dancing, that previous update also showed Jessy spending time on her fitness routine, including Pilates sessions. She wrote that she had been moving more and was grateful for the progress she was seeing with every session.
Her newest post, however, places the focus specifically on heels dance.
Jessy Mendiola is a well-known Filipina actress. In 2007, she was officially launched as part of ABS-CBN’s Star Magic Batch 15. In the following years, she appeared in several supporting roles in various series and eventually starred in hit shows such as Budoy, Paraiso, and Maria Mercedes. Aside from her television work, she also took on roles in films. In her personal life, she is married to Luis Manzano, an actor and television host in showbiz, and they have a daughter named Isabella Rose, whom they also call Rosie or Peanut.
