Heart Evangelista shared her take on first love after being asked whether she would rather date someone who has never been in a relationship or someone who already has an ex.

The topic came up during the September 5 episode of GMA's comedy game show "The People Have Spoken!"

The question given to the celebrities was, "Mas gusto mo bang makipag-date sa taong wala pang nagiging dyowa o meron nang naging dyowa?"

Sanya Lopez said she would choose someone who has never had a girlfriend or boyfriend before. For the actress, "first love never dies."

Donita Nose had a different answer. She preferred someone who already has relationship experience, saying it could help guide their relationship.

Heart also gave her own answer in a YouLOL exclusive.

While she acknowledged how special a first love can be, the host said she would still choose someone who has already been in a relationship.

"I will keep the memories, but I shall choose to live in the reality. Because minsan, 'pag first love yung pinili mo, parang imposible. O, pwede namang posible na siya rin yung makakatuluyan mo," she explained.

Her answer showed that she does not dismiss the possibility of ending up with one's first love. However, she also believes there is another side to experiencing love for the first time.

"You have to accept the fact that you will be the hardest lesson for each other. So yung totoo talaga, reality-wise, ako 'yung meron nang naging jowa kasi 'yun talaga 'yung magtatagal eh."
