The Kapuso host shared her perspective during the August 15 episode of GMA Comedy’s original game show The People Have Spoken, where celebrities and other participants were asked a straightforward but revealing question:

Team JANELLI, composed of Janice and Gelli de Belen, and Team VISHER, composed of Vina Morales and Sheryl Cruz, gave the same honest answer.

Janice explained that the increasing cost of living makes it difficult to feel completely satisfied, especially when much of one’s income goes toward necessities.

“Mahirap ang buhay. Lumalaki 'yung gastos. So ang nangyayari, parang you don't have enough for ipon and to spend on yourself. Kasi lahat napupunta sa necessity,” Janice reasoned out.

Heart agreed with the celebrity pairs and offered a deeper perspective on why people can still feel the need to achieve more even when they have already experienced success.

For Heart, continuing to have goals is not necessarily a sign of dissatisfaction. Instead, she sees ambition as part of a person's desire to become independent and capable of helping others.

“Especially, 'pag iniisip mo 'yung days na you know mag-isa ka na lang, you're old and gray.

Because of this mindset, Heart urged viewers to continue working toward their dreams instead of becoming too comfortable with what they have already achieved.

“So for me, dream big, keep going, never give up. 'Wag kayong ma-relax,” she said.

Meanwhile, Joy Barcoma and Baus Rufo responded to the discussion with their trademark humor, listing several reasons why they also find it difficult to be completely happy with their current situation.

The candid responses showed how satisfaction in life can mean different things to different people, while Heart's message emphasized the value of staying ambitious and continuing to move forward.

In another report, Heart Evangelista urged people to be more careful when choosing which personalities to admire on social media. She pointed out that what people see online may not always reflect someone’s true character, reminding followers not to be easily swayed by appearances. Heart also stressed that success should never be a reason to forget one’s roots or treat others poorly. She encouraged those who suddenly gain popularity to remain humble, kind, and grounded despite their growing influence.

Meanwhile, Heart Evangelista also looked back on friendships that she eventually realized were not as sincere as she had believed. She recalled once paying around P2 million in debt for people whom she considered family, explaining that she did not initially recognize their behavior as warning signs. For Heart, helping friends had simply been part of what she believed genuine friendship meant. She also gave a pointed response when asked about people who were supposedly aware of their own “plastic” behavior.
