According to Gab, helping the Leni-Kiko tandem’s campaign efforts has changed his life for the better.
He explained that this experience helped him meet new people, see the beauty of the Philippines, and realize what the Filipino people deserve from their government.
The performer added that even though he is not paid for helping in the campaign, it is enough for him that the Philippines will have an honest president and vice president if Leni and Kiko win.

“Being part of this campaign has changed my life in so many ways; meeting people, seeing how beautiful this country really is and realizing all the good things Filipinos deserve. That’s why I do what I do. Ang talent fee po namin dito ay simple lang.. isang gobyernong tapat na tao naman ang mananalo. Masaya na po ako dun,” Gab posted on Instagram.
Gab Valenciano is the son of OPM legend Gary Valenciano. In 2014, he got married to Tricia Centenera in a civil wedding in the US and two more times in Tagaytay and Boracay in 2015. Unfortunately, the two separated due to Gab’s alleged cheating. He also experienced and overcame mental health issues, inspiring many people who are also struggling with the same issues.
His father Gary went viral for penning a heartwarming message for the frontliners risking their lives in their battle against the COVID-19 pandemic. He said that the country's frontliners must be respected and understood. The veteran singer then stated that if only some people knew the depth of the plight of frontliners, then they would not be too quick to speak.
The famous singer also penned an emotional message for his celebrity son, Gab Valenciano. Gary Valenciano reacted to his son Gab Valenciano’s post discussing the latter’s ongoing battle with depression. He said that he feels the need to share his son’s post so that anyone who is also struggling with mental illness can read it also.
