On Thursday, November 28, Cheska took to her Instagram to upload a cute picture of Scarlett holding a beautiful bouquet from Bloom Bar.

In the photo, Scarlett looked effortlessly chic and beautiful as she smiled for the camera while showcasing the pretty arrangement of flowers.

Following this news, Cheska penned a short but sweet birthday message for Scarlett, expressing her happiness over her daughter being 13 now.

"Happy Birthday to My Darling, Scarlett! 13 already and already as tall as Mama! I love you, my feisty but very sweet, Louvie girl! Let's party later and celebrate you!" the celebrity mom wrote.

Cheska Garcia and Doug Kramer tied the knot on Oct. 9, 2008, at the Blue Leaf Events Place in McKinley Hill, Taguig City. Their closest friends and family attended the event. They have three adorable kids – Clair Kendra Kramer, Scarlett Louvelle Kramer, and Gavin Phoenix Kramer.
