The actor made the statement during his contract signing as the latest ambassador for Solora. One of his newest ventures is Trivera powered by SOLORA, a glamping resort in Zambales.
Anderson explained that he believes love will come at the right time and that there is no need to force it. For now, he said his attention is directed toward goals that matter to him.
“Tingnan natin darating yan. Just like anything else— manifestation. You have to manifest. Right now I am manifesting about West Philippine Sea, about business, about career. Hindi minamadali,” he said.

When asked about the current state of his heart, Anderson responded with humor, describing it as a “bayani” that remains strong.
“Bayani naman siya [puso] ko, bayani pa rin siya.”
While he may not currently be prioritizing romance, Anderson also shared his thoughts on what could make for an ideal date. He said he currently enjoys going camping alone, although he would be open to sharing the experience with someone who can handle the outdoors.
“Mas okay solo, pero kung may kasama pero dapat cowboy. Ideal date ko siya kasi doon mo malalaman anong klaseng tao kayo. Pag medyo mahirap, uncomfortable. Both ways,” he reasoned.
Beyond his businesses, Anderson has also been involved in projects connected to the West Philippine Sea. One of his recent undertakings is “Pusong Bayani,” an online reality series centered on the area.
The actor described the project as a meaningful experience, noting that he had already developed an interest in researching documentaries about the West Philippine Sea even before working on the series.
“It was very life changing and inspiring. Before this mahilig ako mag research ng documentary sa WPS. I really hope and pray mapanuod siya ng mas maraming tao. Sana ngayon pa lang makanuod sila para ma-realize nila nangyayare,” he said.
For now, Anderson appears to be channeling his energy into his career, business ventures, and advocacy-related projects, while leaving the possibility of romance open without rushing into it.
Gerald Anderson is an acclaimed Filipino-American actor, television producer, and professional basketball player who rose to fame after starring in the reality series Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition. Over a career spanning two decades, he has established himself as a premier leading man through major television hits like Tayong Dalawa and Budoy, as well as acclaimed cinematic projects.
In another report, Gerald Anderson defended Robin Padilla’s casting in “Blood vs Duty” despite the senator’s political controversies. Gerald stressed that Padilla should be viewed based on his work as an actor while on set rather than his role as a politician. Richard Gutierrez also shared that working with Padilla was a positive experience and emphasized that there was no political agenda behind his casting. “Blood vs Duty” concluded with Padilla’s character meeting a tragic end while tackling issues affecting Muslim Filipinos.
Meanwhile, Gerald Anderson admitted that success comes with personal struggles, self-doubt, and demanding work schedules. The actor said he constantly pushes himself to meet his own standards while juggling multiple projects. Gerald described every new project as a career risk because there is no guarantee that it will succeed. He revealed that joining “Pinoy Big Brother” and starring in “Budoy” were among the biggest risks he had taken in his career.
