Pia Wurtzbach, in a recent post on Instagram Stories, shared what she did, in terms of preparing her body, to cope up with the hectic schedule of fashion week.

In her post, Pia revealed some of the routine she followed so she would be physically and mentally prepared for the various events during the occasion.

The beauty queen said that because of her routine, she did not contract a fever, nor cold, during the entire fashion week.

“Sauna and cold showers for recovery,” Pia said in her IG Story post.

“The workouts before fashion month and taking daily supplements have been so helpful in keeping my immune system strong for this crazy schedule,” she further said.

“So far, I haven't had a cold or fever (which I did get the last 2 seasons of fashion week),” the beauty queen added.

She then imparted an important lesson for everyone.

“Preparation is key!” Pia said.

Pia Wurtzbach is a Filipino-German actress, model, and Miss Universe 2015 titleholder. She is one of the four Filipinas to earn the title. She is now married to travel entrepreneur Jeremy Jauncey. They had their wedding in Seychelles and it was a very private one.

Recently, designer Mark Bumgarner took to Instagram and stood by Pia Wurtzbach. He said that Pia is the first Filipino L'Oreal ambassador to walk in LeDefile. He explicitly said that he is standing by it. Pia recently made headlines after Leyna Bloom stated that she walked the said runway three years ago.

Meanwhile, Leyna Bloom also took to social media and greeted Pia Wurtzbach on her birthday. Along with this, she emphasized that there is no competition going on. She also said that she has always been a winner in her own right. Leyna also said that at the end of the day, she chooses to rise above the toxic behavior.
