In a report by Nelson Canlas on “24 Oras” on Monday, the Asia’s Multimedia Star reflected on his guesting and acknowledged that he did not expect himself to become as candid as he was during the interview.
Alden said the experience made him realize that he has reached a different stage in his life, one where he is less concerned about meeting other people’s expectations.
"I was surprised by the turnout and I was also surprised by myself."

He continued by explaining that he now feels more comfortable with where he is in life and no longer feels compelled to please everyone around him.
"Me, I think, I’ve reached that realization and age right now wherein I really don’t care anymore."
For Alden, this realization has allowed him to shift his focus away from seeking approval and toward making a meaningful impact on other people.
"I’m not here to please anyone."
Instead, the actor said he wants to use the things he does and the passions he pursues to positively influence the lives of others.
“I’m just here to be a blessing to someone else’s life.”
Alden further shared that he hopes to make a difference through the work he loves and the opportunities given to him.
“To change their lives with the things I do, with the things that I love to do, and to be an instrument of blessings,”
