According to a report by Bandera, the intense public discussion began last August when the influencer posted a tempting job offer for stay-out packers in Tagaytay.

She eagerly called out to those needing extra income, offering one peso for every product they could successfully wrap and prepare for shipping.

“Kung tambay kayo at need na peraaaa kung maka 10k parcel kayo per day edi may 10k kayo,” Rosmar originally wrote, suggesting that fast workers could easily take home a massive payout.

“Pwede nyo sama buong pamilya para madami kayo. Ung mga gusto lang wala pong pilitan. Mga walang work na gusto rumaket,” she added.

However, the unconventional piece-rate structure immediately raised eyebrows among vigilant netizens.

The rules clearly state that compensation must be fair, reasonable, and properly computed.
