Pet crematorium, nag-isyu ng apology matapos ang reklamo ni Christian Bables ukol sa aso niya

- Christian Bables shared on Facebook the public apology of a pet crematorium service following the incident involving his beloved dog, Hope

- Haven of Angels Memorial Chapels and Crematorium expressed regret for failing to meet Christian's expectations on the pick-up and preparation of the remains of his late fur baby

Haven of Angels Memorial Chapels and Crematorium released a statement addressing the complaints of Christian Bables following an incident involving his deceased dog, Hope.

The pet crematorium service apologized for failing to meet Christian's expectations on the pick-up and preparation of the remains of Hope.

"We regret that we were not able to meet Mr. Bables' expectations in connection with the pick-up and preparation of his dog, Hope, prior to cremation. As far as our viewing process is concerned, we placed Hope inside the chapel and on the table with flower arrangements. However, Mr. Bables had more expectations to give Hope a memorable send off, which unfortunately, we were not able to meet. We understand the importance of this process and the emotional significance it holds to him as pet owner and fur parent. On this matter, we apologize."

The company also stressed that it is "in the process of reviewing the incident and have duly notified the employees concerned. Pursuant to their right to due process, we have given them the opportunity to be heard and explain their side. We nevertheless reminded our staff to extend best service to our clients knowing the pain that comes with the demise of our beloved pets. We understand that they are regarded as extensions or family to many of us."

Likewise, the business assured the public that such incident will not happen again in the future.

The "Dirty Linen" star then accepted the apology and further shared the statement on his Facebook account.

"I believe accepting your apology and accountability is a step towards brighter days for me and my beloved dog at the Rainbow Bridge, Hope," he stressed.

It can be recalled that previously, Christian demanded a public apology from the said pet crematorium for the alleged mistreatment of his fur baby.

Christian Mercurio Bables is a Filipino actor who was declared Best Leading Actor at the 5th Hanoi International Film Festival for his role as 'Intoy' in the 2018 drama movie "Signal Rock".

As previously reported by KAMI, Christian was interviewed by Bernadette Sembrano on her official channel on YouTube. During the interview, Christian was asked about his close friendship with Jennica Garcia. In the video, the news anchor asked, "Best friend lang talaga?" to which Christian answered, "Best friend." The actor also revealed that he and Jennica didn't want to ruin the close nature of their friendship.

Meanwhile, Christian uploaded on his social media account a photo of him and Jennica Garcia. The “Dirty Linen” actor, who said “Love you” to Jennica, described their friendship as rare, imperfect, but the purest he’s ever had. On her Instagram account, Jennica also posted a photo of her and Christian accompanied by the caption: ”Rank Up: Legend 07-19-23” 3. Christian then replied to express his joy over the new “milestone of their friendship.”
