Angel Locsin may not be the perfect masseuse but she is a great daughter for her dad, whom she called the “perfect dad!”
In an Instagram post, Angel lamented that her father never liked the way she massaged him.
“Alam kong hindi siya nasasarapan sa massage ko,” Angel wrote by way of a caption in her post.
She did not elaborate whether she’s massaging him too hard or too soft and if it was painful for her dad, though he must have kept silent about it as he might not have wanted to embarrass her daughter.
Since she wanted her dad to have a great massage and could not bring him to massage spas anytime she wishes because of COVID-19 restrictions, the actress decided to buy him a massage chair instead.
“…Kaya binili ko na lang siya ng massage chair!” Angel revealed.
Her father obviously loved his daughter’s present for him on Father’s Day as he was shown in the massage chair eyes closed and with a huge smile on his lips.
The actress then took time to greet all dads on their special day.
“Happy Father’s Day to all the dads!” Angel said.

More than a month ago, Angel organized a community pantry, which later ended in tragedy. Aside from the old man who died while waiting for his turn at the pantry, several others turned up positive for COVID-19. Most of them were from Barangay Holy Spirit in Quezon City where Angel set up her community pantry. As a result, the City Epidemiology and Disease Surveillance Unit (CESU) of Quezon City asked those who went to Angel’s community pantry to have themselves tested for the virus.
Even the mayor of Quezon City, Mayor Joy Belmonte, said that they need to contact-trace around 10,000 people. While those who went to Angel’s community pantry did not reach 10K, those who went there might have been in contact with other people, making it necessary for the city to contact-trace that many.
