KAMI learned that the new video shows Edu discussing VP Leni’s stance on the West Philippine Sea territorial dispute.
The actor said that VP Leni is fit to be the next president of the Philippines because she is vocal about protecting the country’s claim over the said territory.
He added that the West Philippine Sea is important for the country since it is a source of jobs, resources, and food for Filipinos. Furthermore, Edu pointed out that several retired military officers have publicly endorsed Leni due to her stance on the issue.

“Si VP Leni Robredo lamang ang may kakayahan, talino, at tapang para maging Presidente at Commander-In-Chief natin. Ipaglalaban niya ang Pilipinas para sa Pilipino,” Edu posted on Facebook.
Edu Manzano is an actor, comedian, politician, and the television host of game shows such as The Weakest Link, Pilipinas, Game KNB?, 1 vs. 100, and Asar Talo Lahat Panalo. He used to be in a relationship with actress Vilma Santos. They have a son in show business — Luis Manzano. Edu is now in a romantic relationship with actress Cherry Pie Picache.

It was also reported that Edu and his girlfriend, Iryne Garcia, are no longer following each other on Instagram. Edu and Cherry Pie also spread “kilig” vibes earlier due to their new sweet photos online. The veteran actress uploaded the said photos, taken in Florida, on her Instagram page on Saturday. In the snapshots, the couple could be seen doing some sweet poses. In the comment section, their fans could not help gushing over the lovely pictures.
