Richard Gutierrez gave his followers a glimpse of his recent Bangkok getaway with Barbie Imperial through a new set of photos on Instagram.

The actor uploaded a carousel featuring different moments from his time in the Thai capital. Several photos showed him spending time with Barbie as they enjoyed their trip together.

Among the pictures were sweet snaps of the two during the getaway. Instead of writing a long message about the trip, Richard kept his caption short and simply expressed his gratitude.

“Khap khun kap. Gratitude. BKK” he wrote.

“Khap khun kap” is commonly used by male speakers in Thailand to say thank you, making the short message fitting for his Bangkok photo dump.

Aside from their photos together, the post also gave a look at some of Richard's experiences while exploring the city. The upload appeared to be his simple way of looking back on the trip and sharing some memorable moments with his followers.

The Bangkok snaps come months after Richard and Barbie publicly confirmed their relationship in January 2026.

At the time, the two explained that they were not intentionally hiding their relationship. Instead, they simply preferred to keep that part of their lives private.

Barbie explained during an interview with ABS-CBN News, “Can I just say that we weren’t hiding. We just chose to have a private relationship talaga.”

Richard agreed with her and said they felt more comfortable keeping things that way.

“I agree from the beginning, ganun talaga. We want to keep things private. Mas relaxed ’yung ganun, mas gusto namin ’yung ganun,” he said.

Since confirming their relationship, the pair have gradually become more open about sharing moments together.

They also worked together in the ABS-CBN action drama “Blood vs Duty,” which marked their first project as an on-screen pair.
