A motorcycle, a tricycle, and a van were involved in an accident that claimed two lives.

The tragic incident happened at night on a quiet road in Sto. Tomas, Pangasinan.

CCTV footage showed the tricycle being followed closely by a fast-moving motorcycle on the nearly empty road.

Suddenly, the motorcycle hit the tricycle, causing it to collide with an oncoming van from the opposite lane.

According to a report by TV 5's 'Frontline Tonight,' a husband and wife riding the tricycle were reportedly dead from the accident, and two other individuals were injured.

All involved parties already agreed to a settlement, and no charges were reportedly filed against anyone.
