Dimples Romana has opened up about her close friendship with Bea Alonzo following the actress’ civil wedding with Vincent Co on July 13.

During the “TARA KAPATID, 2026” Midyear Media and Trade Celebration, Dimples was asked about Bea’s intimate ceremony, which was held at the office of Makati City Mayor Nancy Binay, as per Bandera's report.
The questions prompted Dimples to laugh as members of the media continued asking about the wedding and her reaction to her friend’s new chapter as a married woman.
Despite not being part of the guest list, Dimples made it clear that she did not take the decision personally.

“Sa tagal naming magkaibigan, hindi uso sa matagal na magkakaibigan ang tampu-tampo,” the actress said.
Dimples also chose not to offer unsolicited advice to Bea as she begins married life with Vincent. According to the actress, her longtime friend already knows what she needs to do, and she would rather respect the couple’s privacy unless Bea personally asks for her opinion.
Away from the wedding talk, Dimples also shared her excitement about her continued projects with TV5.
Her morning program, “Gud Morning Kapatid,” ended on August 7, but viewers will still see her on the Kapatid network through the series “Someone Someday” and the newly launched “Frontline sa Umaga.”
“Frontline sa Umaga” will take over the morning slot beginning August 10, featuring Ed Lingao, Andrei Felix, Angela Lagunzad-Castro, Chiqui Roa-Puno, Maoui David, and other members of the team.
Dimples also highlighted the success of “Someone Someday,” which stars Kathryn Bernardo and James Reid. The series, directed by Chad Vidanes and Dolly Dulu, is produced by Dreamscape Entertainment and ABS-CBN and is available on Netflix and the Kapatid network.
