Awra Briguela revealed that she had a specific inspiration in mind when she decided to undergo rhinoplasty, and reacted to comparisons between her new look and celebrities such as Catriona Gray and Kendra Kramer.

During her interview on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” on Friday, August 7, host Boy Abunda asked Awra if she had copied or used someone as a reference for her new nose. Awra admitted that she did have a specific inspiration for the procedure.

“Opo, may ginaya po ako,” the actress said.

Boy then asked who her inspiration was, noting that there had been talks about her resemblance to Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray and asking if she had a particular “peg” in mind. Awra clarified that her actual inspiration was Spanish model Cindy Kimberly.

“Ang peg ko po talaga is si Cindy Kimberly po, Spanish model po siya. Hindi ko po in-expect na si Catriona (Gray) po or si Kendra (Kramer) po 'yung magiging kamukha po na sabi po nila.”

The young actress’ revelation showed that although the Spanish model was her chosen “peg,” she did not anticipate the similarities people noticed between her and Filipina celebrities Catriona and Kendra.
