Gretchen Barretto had an intense confrontation with Marjorie Barretto at the wake of their father Miguel Barretto, as reported by ABS-CBN News. This happened because Marjorie did not want to shake Gretchen’s hand when President Rodrigo Duterte requested it.
KAMI learned that Gretchen also had a physical encounter with one of her nieces.
According to Fashion Pulis, the niece’s name is Nicole Barretto, daughter of Gretchen’s brother Jay-Jay Barretto.
The report says that Nicole tried to attack Gretchen after the latter’s confrontation with Marjorie. However, her attack was halted by the people around her.
Unfortunately, Gretchen retaliated and grabbed the hair of her niece, which resulted in a scratch on her face, according to Fashion Pulis.

As reported earlier by KAMI, Claudine got hospitalized after the incident at her father’s wake.
Gretchen Barretto is a veteran actress and a sister of celebrities Marjorie and Claudine Barretto. She has been in a long-time relationship with business tycoon Tonyboy Cojuangco. They have a daughter named Dominique.
