“May one time na he tried to review me for a spelling quiz, tapos mali,” she said.

When her mom asked if her dad got impatient, she clarified that he did not. “Hindi. Kung ikaw yun galit na,” she joked during the conversation.

She then revealed Vic’s surprising reaction. “You know what Dad did? Basta mali yung spelling ko tapos sabi niya… ‘Hmmm.’ Na-kyutan siya! Na-kyutan siya sa akin!”

The actress added a humorous comparison by mentioning her mom’s stricter response. “Hindi katulad ni Mama. ‘Tonta! Use your coconut!’” she said, drawing laughter from viewers.

The story resonated with many because it highlighted how parenting styles can differ, yet both can leave strong impressions on children. Danica’s story focused on how her father’s calm and affectionate reactions created positive memories that stayed with her over the years.
