Earlier, Neri had been arrested for securities violation and estafa, with her husband, Chito Miranda, finally speaking up about the issue.

Following this news, netizens went back to Neri's post in 2023 about a company, saying that she is no longer "affiliated or associated" with them.

"Hello friends and valued followers. I would like to take this opportunity to inform you all that I am no longer affiliated or associated with Dermacare. It is important for me to make this announcement to ensure transparency and avoid any misunderstandings," she began in her post.

According to Neri, any transaction made by the company under her name are unauthorized.

"I want to emphasize that any transactions or engagements made under my name by Dermacare are unauthorized and have been conducted without my consent," she wrote before adding at the end, "Your trust and loyalty mean a lot to me."

Earlier, her husband, Chito, made headlines when he included the letter regarding shares addressed to Neri by the same company.

Neri Naig-Miranda is a Filipina actress and is now an entrepreneur. She is the wife of 'Parokya ni Edgar' frontman Chito Miranda.

As previously reported by KAMI, Neri Naig, in her latest post, expressed her disbelief over a letter of invitation she received. On Saturday, August 31, Neri took to Instagram to reveal that ADMU recently invited her. This, in return, made Neri feel tons of "kilig" and inspiration afterward. According to Neri, "Hindi ko alam kung ano ang nakita niyo sa akin."
