In an interview with Preview Magazine, Kim dubbed the said experience the “lowest point of bashing” she has ever received.

The Kapamilya celebrity likewise revealed that for one-and-a-half months, she just stayed in her room and avoided conversing with people.

“’Yun na ’yung lowest point of bashing na natanggap ko. For one-and-a-half months, nasa room lang talaga ako. Ayoko kumausap ng tao. Kasi parang ilang sentence lang nga, sobra na ‘yung judgment ng mga tao. Nadala lang naman [ako] ng emosyon,” she recalled.

On the other hand, Kimmy shared how the enormous amount of bashing made her even stronger.

“So now, kahit anong i-judge sa akin ng mga tao, parang woman of steel na lang [ako].”

“Ikaw na lang magdidesisyon on whatever you’re facing if you want it to be positive or negative. And nobody wants a negative life,” she added.

Kim Chiu is a Filipina-Chinese actress and television host. She broke through in showbiz after becoming a winner in Pinoy Big Brother. She was born on April 19, 1990, in Cebu City to Chinese businessman William Chiu and Louella Yap. Kim is also known as the “Chinita Princess” and was once hailed as the “Princess of Philippine Movies and TV.”

As previously reported by KAMI, Kim Chiu, in an episode of "It's Showtime," was once again placed on a hot seat. This was after Vice Ganda asked her about her last suitor. In the video, Vice could be heard asking who the last suitor was and what Kim answered. Eventually, Kim dodged the question, and said, "Wag na!"
