Ryza Cenon has shared an update about a health issue that has been causing her discomfort, revealing that she recently sought treatment for persistent pain in her right shoulder.

The actress took to social media to explain that she had finally decided to address the problem after dealing with shoulder pain for some time. According to Cenon, medical assessment showed that she had a tear involving a tendon on the outer portion of her right shoulder, along with compression that was contributing to the pain and discomfort she had been experiencing.

“Finally decided to do something about my shoulder pain,” Cenon began.

The actress said the diagnosis gave her a clearer understanding of what had been causing the discomfort. Rather than continuing to simply deal with the pain, she decided to explore a treatment option that she hoped could help her recover.

“I was diagnosed with a tear in the tendon on the outer part of my right shoulder, with compression that was causing pain and discomfort,” she explained.

Cenon subsequently chose to undergo PRP, or platelet-rich plasma, treatment with Doc. Mark of Rehab Med.md.

“After dealing with it, I decided to try PRP treatment with Doc. Mark of Rehab Med.md,” she said.

For Cenon, the immediate goal is recovery and being able to return to the activities she normally enjoys without the same level of discomfort.

“Hoping this will help me on my road to recovery and get me back to doing my usual activities with less pain,” she wrote.

Her message also served as encouragement for people who may have been experiencing similar problems involving their shoulders, joints, or muscles.

“If you’ve been experiencing persistent shoulder, joint, or muscle pain, you may want to have your condition properly assessed and ask if PRP treatment may be suitable for you,” Cenon advised.

As she moves forward with treatment, Cenon remains hopeful that the procedure will help her recover and return to doing the activities that form part of her normal life. For now, she is documenting the process and sharing her experience with those who may be dealing with their own persistent pain.

In another touching parenting story, Cenon showcased how Night has learned to express his artistic side while respecting household rules. Rather than drawing directly on the walls, the young boy now creates his artwork on sheets of paper that are neatly attached to the walls. Cenon said this was something she taught him when he was younger, repeatedly reminding him that walls were not meant for writing or drawing, particularly because the family had previously been renting a home. She was proud that Night listened to her guidance and found a responsible way to pursue his interest in art, praising both his creativity and his discipline.
