Nelson Canlas, during his interview with Carla for 24 Oras' GMA Integrated News Interviews, told the actress that he saw an interesting remark about the said Kapuso series' lead stars.
“Widow's War daw 'yung title, pero 'yung lead, pareho silang separated. Mapipikon ka ba 'pag nabasa mo 'yun?” Nelson asked Carla.
To which Carla replied, “Hindi naman. Actually natatawa pa nga ako about it. Kasi what are the odds? My gosh, kita mo nga naman, 'di ba? Hindi naman planado 'yun, hindi naman ginusto 'yun, nataon lang.”
To recall, Carla tied the knot with Tom Rodriguez in 2021 but got separated in 2022.
Bea, on the other hand, got engaged to Dominic last year but called off their engagement later.
“Individually, kami ni Bea, napagdaanan namin kung ano man 'yung mga pinagdaanan namin sa personal lives namin, and then sakto pa title, with Widows' War and our corresponding roles, ganito pa,” said Carla.
"What are the odds na, 'Oo nga no? Pareho tayo, we have a lot in common,'" she added.
