Gina Alajar recently paid tribute to Jaclyn Jose, who passed away due to a heart attack last Saturday, March 2 at the age of 60.
The actress-director took to Instagram and shared a reel displaying several lovely photos of the award-winning actress.
In the caption, the ‘Asawa Ng Asawa Ko’ star vowed to keep her good memories with Jaclyn forever. She also mentioned South Korean actor Hyun Bin in her sweet message to the late veteran actress.

“I will forever keep our good memories together in my heart Jane, just the good ones i promise… and if ever i get to meet Hyun Bin, i will kiss him for you… i love you my friend,” Gina’s message reads.

Mary Jane Santa Ana Guck, also known by her stage name Jaclyn Jose, was a Filipino cinema and TV actress who had earned international critical acclaim. Jaclyn won the Best Actress award for the film “Ma'Rosa” at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival. She was also known for her roles in the films "Private Show", "White Slavery", and "Santa Juana". Jaclyn was the mother of another famous actress, Andi Eigenmann.
Andi is currently grieving over Jaclyn’s sudden death. The veteran actress passed away on March 2 at the age of 60. A couple of days after her mother’s demise, Andi shared a meaningful post on Instagram Stories. Her post contains a poem about feeling the presence of a loved one through the sun, rain, and wind.
Jake Ejercito is among the celebrities who paid their respects to Jaclyn Jose at her wake. On Instagram Stories, Jake shared a photo taken at the late veteran actress’s wake. His and Andi’s 12-year-old daughter, Ellie Ejercito, could also be spotted in the said photo.
