Claudine explained that there is a need for liposuction or get rid of excess skin because it is impossible to lose that much weight without excess skin.

She then added, "pasensya na po di po ako perfect."

The actress also sarcastically addressed her critics and also thanked them for not being judgmental.

"Thank you for understanding. Just wanted to remind everyone that I lost 84 pounds. Di po ako nagpa lipo. Kailangan ko nga magpa lip or ipatanggal yung excess skin bcoz impossible mag lose ng 84 pounds ng walang excess skin. And also yung only time ako nagpa lipo was after I gave birth. Pinaghirapon ko po talaga magpapayat. Sana claro na po sa inyong lahat na kailangan ipa lipo at ipatnggal yung excess skin. thank God arms ko lang ang nag-sag other parts ng katawan ko di nag sag. pasensya na po di po ako perfect and thank you for not being judgmental."

Claudine Barretto is one of the three famous Barretto sisters, which include Gretchen Barretto and Marjorie Barretto. Clau rose to fame when she became a cast of the 90's TV show, "Ang TV." In 1993, she joined the cast of "Home Along Da Riles," which stars comedy king Dolphy Quizon. Other teleseryes that Claudine starred in include "Mula sa Puso," "Saan Ka Man Naroroon," "Sa Dulo ng Walang Hanggan," "Marina," and "Iisa Pa Lamang." She tied the knot with Raymart Santiago in the year 2006, though several years later, the two parted ways.
