Andrea Brillantes gives 1st interview after KathNiel rumors broke out

Young actress Andrea Brillantes gave a short but insightful interview to MJ Marfori of News 5 two days ago, December 6. This was her first interview since accusations and rumors spread online that she was involved in the highly-publicized breakup of famous couple Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo.

During the interview with MJ Marfori, Andrea shared that even though she is getting bashed on social media, she cannot stop working since there are a lot of things she wants to do in life and she has plenty of bills to pay.

“Hindi pwedeng mag-stop. Marami po akong kailangang gawin in life. Marami po ako kailangang bayaran,” the star shared.

Furthermore, Andrea expressed her gratitude to her mother Belle and her sister Kayla Aan for helping her maintain balance in her life amid the chaotic life in showbiz.

“I am very thankful for my mother and my sister. They really help me balance things out,” Andrea told MJ.

However, Andrea did not directly address if the rumors about her and Daniel Padilla are fake or real.

Andrea Brillantes is a Filipina actress who started out her career as a child star and rose to fame. Her popularity was further propelled when she played the role of 'Marga' in the hit teleserye “Kadenang Ginto.” She was a member of The Gold Squad, along with her “Kadenang Ginto” co-stars Francine Diaz, Kyle Echarri, and Seth Fedelin. Andrea used to be in a romantic relationship with basketball player Ricci Rivero until their breakup around June of 2023.
