Rodrigo appeared before ICC Trial Chamber III during the third status conference in his crimes against humanity case. The proceedings marked the first time he personally appeared before the tribunal since he was arrested in Manila in March 2025 and surrendered to the ICC’s custody in The Hague.

For the proceedings, Rodrigo wore a dark suit over a white shirt without a tie. Following his appearance, Kitty took to Instagram Stories and shared a photo of her father at the tribunal, capturing a moment from his return to the courtroom.

In the on-screen caption, Kitty expressed her unwavering support for her father with the message, “Through and through, da.” The short but emotional statement reflected her continued support for Rodrigo as he faced the latest development in his case before the ICC.
