Donita Nose, inaming sumuko noon sa friendship nila ni Super Tekla: “Di ko alam gagawin ko sa kanya”

Donita Nose, in an interview over the Kapuso weekly talk show “Sarap, ‘Di Ba?” Donita admitted that there was a point where she had a falling out with her close friend and fellow comedian, Super Tekla.

Early on during the interview, Donita was asked if there was any truth to the rumors that she already let go of her friendship with Tekla.

At first, Donita expressed surprise at the question, nevertheless answered it frankly.

“Oh my gosh!” Donita exclaimed on being asked the question, then proceeded to answer.

“Kinausap ko ‘yon (Tekla) actually, nasa vlog namin ‘yon. ‘Yung umiyak na talaga ako. Sobrang wala, desperado na ako na parang hindi ko na alam ang gagawin ko sa kaniya,” the comedienne said.

She also admitted giving up and crying over her friendship and the situation with Super Tekla at the time, with nine months passing by without them talking to each other.

“Sumuko talaga ako that point. Siguro mga ano rin, nine months kaming hindi nag-usap,” Donita Nose said.

After that, however, Donita said they were able to talk again and was very thankful she and Super Tekla were able to sort out their issues and differences.

Donita Nose rose to fame after becoming part of the Willie Revillame’s TV Show. Eventually, her tandem with Super Tekla became very popular, with the two being referred to as DonEkla. Donita also earned the nickname “Pambansang Beshy” after showing her wholehearted support to Super Tekla when she once became involved in a controversy with her ex-partner.

Early this year, Donita shared the video taken from her housewarming party. In an earlier vlog, she did a house tour for her followers and showed them her newly-finished house at the time. Among those who attended her house party were vlogger friends and people who helped her beautify her home.

Last year, Donita Nose and friend, Super Tekla, clarified the scene in their social media page showing the two seemingly arguing about something. According to the two, it is their way of reconnecting to their followers. They also apologized to those who were affected and annoyed at their argument on Facebook. The two also took the opportunity to formally announce that DonEkla in Tandem would be back together and do more vlogs.
