Rita Daniela, inaming nahulog siya noon kay Ken Chan: “Oo naman”

Rita Daniela was interviewed by Boy Abunda in the latest episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.”

Among the questions asked of the actress-singer was about her on-screen partner, Ken Chan.

“February, kung hindi ako nagkakamali, naging bisita namin dito si Ken, Ken Chan. Naikwento nga niya na nagmahalan kayo and then, sinaktan ka niya. What is your version of the story?” Tito Boy queried.

To which Rita replied, “Siguro masasabi ko na lang, 'yung nangyari sa amin ni Ken, it's an almost love story. Kasi ang almost, 'yun 'yung masakit, 'di ba?”

“Nahulog ka 'no?” the Asia’s King of Talk inquired.

“Oo naman. Hindi ko po pagkakaila 'yon,” she quickly answered.

“Saka wala, gano'n talaga eh. Ako rin po, hindi ako naniniwala 'yung mga love team, hindi totoo 'yan, kasi work lang 'yan eh. Sobrang nagulat ako doon sa konsepto na kasi pag magkasama kayo araw-araw, nade-develop pala talaga.”

“Maganda ba ang paghihiwalay niyo? I mean, did you guys talk about it?” Boy then asked.

“Actually, we stopped talking for a long time,” Rita revealed.

“I had to give time for myself. Because ‘yung nangyari sa amin ni Ken, I just didn’t lose a friend. I lost a best friend and a family in one. That was very painful for me,” she explained.

Rita then clarified, “But okay naman kami, naging okay kami.”

Rita Daniela, born Rita Daniela De Guzman Iringan, is a Filipina singer, actress, and television host. She started her career after being the first grand champion of QTV’s 'PopStar Kids' and became more popular after portraying Aubrey Palomares in 'My Special Tatay.' Last June, Rita announced that she was expecting a baby through an Instagram post. She gave birth to the baby last December 22.

Rita has finally addressed the speculations that she and her non-showbiz partner have broken up. During her guesting on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” Rita confirmed that she and the father of her child have decided to part ways.

Ken Chan, in "Fast Talk With Boy Abunda," revealed that he has indeed fallen in love with Rita. Boy Abunda asked Ken what really transpired between him and Rita. The actor honestly stated that they are not quarreling but he admitted that he hurt Rita.
