Ely Buendia recently made a post on Twitter wondering if there are still some politicians who do not believe in the existence of global warming.
"I wonder if the politicians still think that Global Warming is a myth," the musician mused on his Twitter page. His tweet was rather timely as the heat index in the Philippines soared at an alarming rate.
However, one netizen did not seem to share his sentiment. "Ely Buendia is becoming a male version of Agot Isidro," was the netizen's response to the singer's tweet.

The comparison between Ely and Agot Isidro was made because the actress is known for being vocal about her disapproval of the current administration. Apparently, some people have begun to become critical of anyone who voices any sort of dissension about the government.
Meanwhile, the former Eraserheads vocalist knew just how to handle his basher whom he succinctly responded to by saying that he considers being compared to Agot a compliment.

In a message he penned, the singer opined that he does not understand why people are hating on him for telling the truth. He also said that people should remember that it is their music that should matter.
