She explained that her PortaCath needed to rest and that she was once again using a Picc Line.
The actress then expressed how happy she was to reunite with her Shopee team after being away from work.
"I need to say thank you to my #Shopee family, it feels so wonderful to be together again," she said.
Kris also acknowledged the people who helped make the shoot possible, including fashion designer Michael Leyva, makeup artists RB Chanco and Jonathan Velasco, and photographer Mark Nicdao.
She described her health condition as unpredictable, noting that there are days when she feels capable of working and other times when she needs to step back and allow her body to recover.
