The accident happened along Quezon Avenue at around 1 a.m., according to a report aired on GMA News’ Unang Balita on Friday. Initial details revealed that the rider attempted to make a U-turn shortly before the collision occurred.

Based on the account of the truck driver, the motorcycle suddenly turned on the road, placing it directly in the path of the heavy equipment attached to the truck. The pumpcrete machine, which is typically used for construction work, was being towed at the time of the incident.
