According to a report by ABS-CBN, citing PLTCOL Alvin Baybayan, chief of the Moriones Tondo Police, the suspect had demanded that his brother accompany him to their uncle in Tondo.
However, for reasons yet unknown, the situation escalated, leading to a tense standoff.
