Eala was among the guests at the Tory Burch Spring/Summer 2027 runway presentation, where she took her place in the front row alongside notable personalities including Hollywood actress Amanda Seyfried and singer Lauryn Hill.
Her appearance marked a new experience for the young athlete, who has also been gaining attention beyond the tennis court for her interest in fashion. Cultured Magazine featured Eala in a reel from the event, while Vogue and Teen Vogue also shared videos showing her at the show.
Speaking with Marvièn, Eala admitted that she felt both thrilled and slightly nervous about being part of such a major fashion event.

"I'm so excited. I'm a little nervous. There's some amazing people in this room, so I'm so happy to be a part of it. You know, my mom growing up really had a lot of Tory Burch shoes, so I have to say the shoes," Eala told Marvièn.
The tennis star also reflected on how sports and fashion can provide similar opportunities for self-expression. For Eala, both allow people to communicate something about themselves, although she acknowledged that she was still finding her footing in the fashion scene.
"Sports and fashion are common in a way where you get to express yourself and you get to show your personality. Sports is very physically demanding and fashion, maybe come back to me after this week and I'll know more about it. This is my first fashion week," she added.
Eala's Fashion Week appearance comes as her interest in style continues to develop alongside her tennis career. Her presence at the event also followed an earlier moment when former American Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour took notice of Eala's interest in fashion.
With her first New York Fashion Week experience now underway, Eala is getting the chance to explore another industry while continuing to make her mark as one of the Philippines' prominent young tennis stars.
