A tragic incident shocked the residents of Naga, Camarines Sur, on Sunday, February 16, when the lifeless body of a female doctor was discovered inside a vehicle.

Authorities later identified the victim as Dr. Monette Romualdez, a 36-year-old medical professional who resided in Manila but was currently undergoing her residency at the Bicol Medical Center.
According to the Naga Police, Dr. Romualdez sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head. The body was first discovered by a bystander who immediately alerted law enforcement authorities.
Upon further investigation, police confirmed that the car where the victim was found did not belong to her, raising questions about how she ended up inside the vehicle.
