Actor Polo Ravales looked back on his early years in show business and shared a heartfelt revelation about Dingdong Dantes during his guest appearance on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda on Tuesday, April 21.

Smiling as he reminisced, Polo spoke about his time in the youth-oriented show T.G.I.S., which aired from 1995 to 1999 and became one of his first major projects. He described the experience as both memorable and formative, especially because of the friendships he built on set.
"Alam mo, Tito Boy, kasi noong time na 'yun parang naglalaro lang kami, kasama ko si Dingdong Dantes," Polo said.
He added that their bond extended beyond work, as they often spent time together as a group.

Noting how their closeness made the experience even more special.
One of the most surprising revelations from Polo was about Dingdong’s generosity. He revealed that the actor played a big role in teaching him a life skill he still uses today.
"Dun din ako natutong mag-drive, parati ko ginagamit ang kotse ni Dingdong," he said.
Polo also shared how Dingdong and their co-star Dino Guevarra earned the trust of his mother whenever they went out.
"At si Dingdong and Dino 'yung passes ko sa Mom ko," he recalled.
Now a seasoned actor, Polo reflected on how his mindset has evolved over the years. He emphasized the importance of dedication in every role he takes on.
"When I do acting lalo na ngayon, when you get to be mature as an actor," he said.
He added that he always gives his best effort, regardless of the size of the role.

"Kahit na maliit na eksena talagang you are gonna give your all," Polo said.
Dingdong Dantes is a 45-year-old Filipino actor, director, and television host widely known as the “Kapuso Primetime King” due to his long-standing success at GMA Network. Coming from a family rooted in public service, he is the eldest among five siblings. He is also one half of a well-known celebrity couple with his wife, Marian Rivera. Today, Dingdong continues to lead major projects, including the action-drama The Master Cutter, while serving as a Lieutenant Commander in the Philippine Navy Reserve.
