In a Facebook post, the actor urged people to keep an open mind until Bea gets the chance to share her own account.

“Before you judge Bea, let’s wait to hear her side of the story first,” Janus wrote.

He immediately clarified that his message was not meant to reject or discredit what Kuan had said.

“I’m not dismissing what her former manager claimed just yet, but that’s only one side of the story,” he added.

Instead of deciding who was right, Janus appealed for fairness while the public waits for a possible response from the actress.

He also raised the idea of using non-disclosure agreements, or NDAs, between artists and the people who manage their careers.

“Actors should really consider having an NDA with their managers, and vice versa, to legally protect both parties’ confidential information and reputations,” the actor said.

He explained that such an agreement could give both sides legal protection if their professional relationship later turned sour.

“Para when the sh!t hits the fan, everyone involved is legally protected,” he wrote.

His post came after Kuan spoke to select members of the entertainment media about her resignation from Bea’s management team.

According to GMA Entertainment, the veteran talent manager confirmed that she ended their professional relationship on August 11.

During the same interview, Kuan denied claims that she caused the cancellation of Bea and Vincent Co’s earlier plans to marry in Spain.

She maintained that she stayed away from their wedding preparations and claimed she could provide proof that she was not involved in the cancellation.

Kuan said several incidents led to her resignation. She described being disinvited from an event she had helped secure as “the last straw.”

She also expressed hurt over what she said was Bea’s failure to defend her against claims that she had interfered in the actress’s personal affairs.

“Bea, you never defended me. Hindi mo naman ako ipinagtanggol,” Kuan said as she recalled their conversation.

These were Kuan’s statements about the issue, while Bea has not publicly given her side as of writing.

Janus, meanwhile, did not directly address every allegation raised by the former manager or claim that her account was false.

He simply asked people to avoid making a final judgment based on one account alone.

The actor ended his post with a quote attributed to Aesop: “Every truth has two sides. It is well to look at both before we commit ourselves to either.”
