"I have more time for myself. I have the courage to say no. I know my body's limits physically. Also, financially, I know my limits. Before kasi sige gastos lang, ganyan, labas tayo, go somewhere. Travel," she stated.

Her changing outlook extends beyond how she handles her own life. Nadine said she has become more thoughtful and appreciative of the people around her, recognizing how her priorities and awareness have developed over time.

"Now I am more mindful of things. Parang mas wiser I would say with a lot of different things tapos I am more appreciative of people now," she shared.

She also looked back on how she used to maintain friendships when she was younger. With a busy schedule and numerous things occupying her attention, she admitted that she sometimes focused mainly on people she regularly encountered.

"Before kasi I only care about people that I would see all the time. Parang out of sight, out of mind. But not totally. It's just that parang there were so many things going on na parang hindi ko naiisip 'yung ibang tao 'pag hindi ko sila nakikita," she remarked.
