He has starred in several blockbuster movies like 'The Super Parental Guardians' and 'Beauty and the Bestie.' Martin also started his own production company, CCM Film Productions, in 2017. Currently, he is starring in another FPJ original television action-drama series, 'FPJ's Batang Quiapo.'

Martin announced his decision on his verified account, @cocomartinofficial. His first video garnered more than 6.6 million views and over 400,000 likes. Prior to TikTok, his Facebook page had more than 486,000 followers, and his Instagram had 396,000 followers.

Carlos Yulo and Coco Martin also enjoyed a light moment during the former’s visit to ABS-CBN. In a video shared by ABS-CBN News, Carlos and Coco appeared confused as to who should be a fanboy of who. The Olympic twin-gold medalist, however, beat the actor-director to it when he asked him for something. It can be recalled that Carlos was propelled to stellar heights after he won two gold medals in two separate gymnastics events.
