Xian Gaza’s recent post on Facebook containing his opinion on how Mayor Alice could have left the Philippines has gone viral.

In his opinion, Xian detailed the possible route that an individual he called “Mayor Alice” could have taken in order to leave the country, apparently without the knowledge of some Philippine authorities.
He also expressed belief that no Immigration Official in his right mind would help Mayor Alice because they might be subjected to a senate inquiry.
“Kahit ilang milyon pa ang ibayad ni Mayor Alice sa isang Immigration Official, walang papayag na ipuslit siya palabas ng bansa kasi takot silang lahat sa senate hearing. Very high profile fugitive. Sasabit at sasabit sila diyan,” Xian said in his opinion post.

“Magkaka-record din kasi ang airline na sinakyan niya with a lot of CCTV footages sa airport. Hindi talaga uubra yung option na yun,” the Internet entrepreneur explained as a matter of opinion.
He then offered his own hypothesis on what might have possibly happened that allowed Mayor Alice to leave the country undetected.
“Ang nangyari diyan eh nag-hire yan ng Malaysian fishing vessel sa Tawi-Tawi tapos tumawid siya papuntang Sabah. Pagdating sa Kota Kinabalu, may contact yan na Malaysian immigration officer para gawan siya ng entry records sa database. Pinalabas lang nila na sa Kuala Lumpur International Airport siya lumapag kahit hindi naman talaga,” he said.
“Yun ang dahilan kung bakit nag-appear yung Philippine passport number niya tapos no image available kasi hindi naman talaga siya lumanding sa KLIA. May Malaysian passport na talaga yan. Nabibili yun for 3 million pesos,” Xian explained.
He further hypothesized on what route might have been taken by Mayor Alice from Malaysia.
“From Kota Kinabalu International Airport eh lumipad siya ng Singapore pero pag-landing niya sa SG eh Philippine passport yung pinresent niya kasi mayayari siya sa biometrics. From Changi Airport, dumiretso na yan ng China. Pag-landing niya doon, Malaysian passport ang pinresent niya with a different name. Untraceable na siya ngayon,” the Internet entrepreneur hypothesized.
Xian also theorized that it might even be Mayor Alice herself who could have provided the intel to the NBI and Senator Risa Hontiveros to throw the Philippine authorities off the track.
“Yung nagpasa ng intel sa NBI at kay Senator Risa Hontiveros ay si Mayor Alice din mismo. Kailangan kasi niyang paniwalain ang lahat na Philippine passport pa rin ang gamit niya hanggang ngayon para magkandaleche-leche ang imbestigasyon ng Philippine authorities,” Xian said.
The controversial Internet personality, at the outset, indicated that he’s just stating his own opinion.
He also did not elaborate as to how to he could have known such exit route, or whether he has tried it out himself.
It can be recalled that Sen. Hontiveros recently made a privilege on the Philippine Senate floor where she revealed that fugitive Mayor Alice Guo or Guo Hua Ping is no longer in the Philippines but was able to leave the country last July 17.
