Abogado nina Jojo Nones at Richard Cruz, may statement ukol sa reklamo ni Sandro Muhlach

- She also urged the public to respect the investigation and refrain from posting baseless claims

Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz's legal counsel Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque issued a statement regarding the "serious allegations" being thrown at her clients.

Recently, Sandro Muhlach's camp filed a formal complaint against Nones and Cruz before the GMA Network.

According to a "Chika Minute" report on "24 Oras" on Thursday, Abraham-Garduque said the two GMA independent contractors are "deeply saddened by the serious allegations hurled against them circulating on social media."

She continued, "And though these allegations do not mirror the true accounts of the event, we would like to reserve the right to respond in a proper forum when we receive a copy of the formal complaint."

Furthermore, the lawyer requested the public to respect the investigation and urged everyone to refrain from posting baseless claims.

"We urge the public to respect the investigation being conducted on this case and we advise people who have no personal knowledge of the incident to refrain from posting baseless defamatory allegations and therefore unfairly subjecting both parties to publicity trial."

Sandro Muhlach, whose full name is Allessandro Martinno M. Muhlach, is the eldest son of veteran actor and former child star Niño Muhlach. He started as a theatre actor when he was 13 years old and he is now a Kapuso artist.

It is worth noting that Niño shared the fierce post following his eldest on Sandro’s cryptic and emotional posts on Instagram Stories.

Sandro's latest post on his Instagram feed is gaining new comments. The post published more than a week ago contains a set of photos of him flaunting his GMA Gala 2024 look. In the caption, the Kapuso artist penned "Moments before" and a black heart emoji. Many netizens flocked to the comments section of the post and penned supportive messages for Sandro.
