Sheena Halili, in her latest online post, revealed that her good friend, Jennylyn Mercado, threw a grand baby shower for her and Baby No. 2.

According to Sheena, upon finding out how she has been feeling lately, Jennylyn decided to throw a fun baby shower for her afterwards.

In her online post, Sheena revealed she has been going through antenatal anxiety and that Jennylyn's been updated about it recently.

"Baby Shower by my Mareng Jen! Kwento: Dahil papalapit na ang due date ko at nagkaroon po ako ng antenatal anxiety at updated naman itong kumare ko sa mga nangyayari sa life ng Manzanero Family. Nag desisyon po siya na bigyan ako ng baby shower. Tumawag sakin at sinabihan ako na “Wag mo na isipin baby shower mo! Ako na bahala!” Katangi-tangi po na assignment ko ay mag imbita, pumili ng gifts at pumunta ng maganda!" she wrote.

By the end of her post, Sheena thanked Jennylyn, before revealing this is her first time to have a grand and proper baby shower with guests.

"Salamat mare! Sa hindi po nakakaalam ngayon lang ako nagka “baby shower” na may bisita at handa! Last time po kasi ay pandemic. May chance na ito narin ang last. Salamat sa pagmamahal!" she wrote.

Sheena Halili is a prominent actress and product endorser in the Philippines. She gained popularity after appearing on the first wave of “StarStruck” on GMA-7. She married lawyer Jeron Manzanero on February 23, 2020. She eventually gave birth to their daughter, Martina, on December 12, 2020. She is currently expecting her second child with Jeron.

As previously reported by KAMI, Sheena Halili recently excused herself on social media. Earlier, Sheena uploaded a video of herself all dolled and glammed up. However, Sheena also put up a disclaimer as to why she was chewing gum. According to Sheena, it is her way of relieving herself from antenatal anxiety.

Meanwhile, Sheena Halili could not be any more prouder of her eldest child on social media. Just recently, Sheena uploaded a video of Martina being independent at a store. Apparently, Martina talked to some salesladies and even requested something. This, in return, made Sheena's mommy heart extremely happy afterward.
