A 56-year-old bank executive was found dead inside a parked vehicle along Kennon Road in Tuba, Benguet, prompting authorities to investigate the circumstances surrounding his death.

According to a report by GMA Regional TV One North Central Luzon on Thursday, the vehicle was discovered on Tuesday parked along the roadside near the boundary of Camp 3 and Barangay Twin Peaks.
Authorities identified the victim as a resident of Baguio City. He was reportedly found seated in the front passenger seat of the vehicle.
Police said the man had sustained a gunshot wound to the head when he was discovered.

Investigators also recovered a caliber .22 firearm from inside the vehicle, although authorities have yet to establish the circumstances that led to the shooting.
