Kakai Bautista has stirred some buzz on social media after reposting two sets of cryptic posts about "family" and "reputation" on her Instagram page.

On Wednesday, August 23, the actress-singer took to her Instagram page, @ilovekaye, to share some cryptic quote cards.

The first quote card was from the page, @lessonstaughtbylife, and talked about "family" and "lies."

"Just because someone is "family" doesn't mean you have to tolerate lies, chaos, drama, manipulation, and disrespect," the quote card read.

In her second Instagram story, Kakai shared a post from @understandingthenarc and talked about saving someone's reputation.

"How many of you saved someone's reputation, by not telling your side of the story?" the quote card read.

Needless to say, Kakai's series of online posts have prompted some netizens to speculate afterward.

Catherine "Kakai" Bautista is a Filipina actress who is also a host, singer, and comedian. The actress also starred in the highest-grossing Filipino film, "Hello Love Goodbye," alongside Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards.

As previously reported by KAMI, Kakai Bautista was unable to hide her tears for her good friend, Maja Salvador. In an online post on Instagram, Kakai posted a crying selfie when she realized Maja was about to get married. Previously, Maja made headlines after she tied the knot with Rambo Nuñez in Bali, Indonesia. According to Kakai, "Sobrang sumabog ang emotions ko sa saya kasi FINALLY Sinagot na ni Lord ang dasal namin para sayo."

Meanwhile, Kakai Bautista had a heartfelt performance at Maja Salvador and Rambo Nuñez’s wedding reception. She sang “Now That I Have You” by The Company and “You” by Basil Valdez. The comedienne took to social media and shared a video of her performance. In the caption, she revealed that she was holding back her tears as she sang.
