Boy Abunda, the host of the ABS-CBN program “Tonight With Boy Abunda,” got a chance to interview Hollywood superstar Angelina Jolie while she was promoting her movie “Maleficent: Mistress of Evil.”
KAMI learned that Boy got to ask the actress questions about love and romance.
The Pinoy talk show host first asked Angelina why love always comes with pain. The star said that love comes with a good kind of pain because it stretches the heart.
“I think when love is right, it’s a good kind of pain. It’s a pain where your heart is stretching. The greater the love, the greater the loss,” she said.
Angelina then got visibly shook when Boy asked her this provocative question: “Love doesn’t always end well. Why, Ms. Jolie?”
The Maleficent actress responded by saying that this happens due to a misunderstanding of the kind of love that a person has. Angelina’s marriage with Hollywood actor Brad Pitt ended in a divorce.
“Just take a minute for that one. It doesn’t always end well because maybe one kind of love is mistaken for another,” she replied.
