Xander Arizala uploaded on Facebook a video of him and his partner Gena Mago showing off their baby Xeres’ new clothes.
While they were showing off the clothes, Xander said that he was feeling dizzy. Gena then noticed that there was “blood” flowing from Xander’s nose. Later on, Xander started to “vomit blood”, supposedly due to his stressful personal issues.
