Volleyball player Denden Lazaro took to social media to explain why she refused to let a male fan give her an “akbay” while they were being photographed together.

According to Denden, she values her personal space very much.

She apologized if her action offended some people but made a point that she was not apologizing for valuing her personal space.

The star athlete also thanked her friends and supporters for backing her up.
