Marjorie Barretto, in an Instagram post, shared her memorable experience with their house to house campaign in Pasay City the other day.

According to the actress, people she met along the way “were more open to hearing” them out when talked to personally.

“One of my most memorable H2H experience was in Pasay yesterday. Nararamdaman ko na that people were more open to hearing us out, pinaalala ko sa kanila na with a few days left dapat meron na tayong napupusuang kandidato,” Marjorie wrote in the caption.

She then expressed gladness that many of the senior citizens she talked to were solid Kakampinks.

They told her that the voting populace should not turn a blind eye to what is happening.

“Happy to know also na most of the senior citizens solid Kakampinks. Hindi na dapat daw nag bubulag bulagan ang mga botante,” the actress wrote.

Marjorie also expressed amazement at the passion of the youth in trying to help effect a change.

The actress also acknowledged that the house to house campaign is indeed very effective.

“At ang youth grabe ang passion nila to help make a change. Very effective ang #TaoSaTao 3 days left, let’s make this the biggest fight of our lives!” Marjorie wrote.

Born on May 19, 1974, Marjorie Barretto is a Filipino actress who is the sister of Claudine and Gretchen Barretto. Marjorie has three children with comedian Dennis Padilla — Julia, Claudia, and Leon.

Last month, Marjorie also joined Aika Robredo on her house-to-house campaign. According to Marjorie, she was very happy to have joined the campaign to talk to several citizens. She mentioned how everyone is looking for a government that actually listens and cares for the people. Halfway through her post, Marjorie said that she plans to do the house-to-house campaign every day until the election.

In March, she also went on a house-to-house tour together with some volunteers. According to the celebrity mom, she was inspired to reach more people after attending the PasigLaban rally. In her viral post, Marjorie recalled how much fun she's had since people were willing to listen and talk. It is worth noting that Marjorie and her children have been very vocal about their support for the Leni-Kiko tandem.
