Sofia Andres, 23, has just made tons of netizens and celebrities laugh with her honest and candid post about the difficulties of losing weight and staying fit.
On Sunday, February 13, KAMI learned that the actress posted a wacky yet adorable selfie she took after what seemed to be a tough workout session.
In her Instagram account, @iamsofiaandres, Sofia could not help but ask why it must be so hard to lose weight.

Looking all tired and done with her workout, the actress even asked when "ice cream" and rice will become healthy someday.

As reported earlier by KAMI, Sofia Andres and Daniel Miranda took their daughter Zoe to Spain where they visited her great grandfather, Philippe Lhuillier. The heartwarming meeting happened at the Philippine Embassy in Spain, where Zoe’s great-grandpa works at. Zoe was excited to visit the embassy and spend some quality time with Daniel’s grandfather, Sofia shared.
Meanwhile, Sofia took to Instagram to share some of the video clips which her daughter took using her phone's camera. According to Sofia, while baby Zoe needs more practice in vlogging, she could not help but turn emotional upon watching the clips. In the video clips, which baby Zoe took, the latter could be seen taking candid videos of her parents and family.
